We arrived and I called as told; the dispatcher said I had to call once I had all the suitcases; if dispatch at that moment, they would charge $7 for each time the driver had to go around the entrance since there was no parking at the San Francisco Airport. 5 minutes later I called again now with the luggage; we waited outside, next to a small parking area for limos(thus no reason to go around)for over 20 minutes; the taxi line was empty thus we could have taken a cab and arrived earlier to the hotel. I believe that the reason for a limo is in order not to WAIT!!!
The driver was very polite and pleasant and drove very carefully.
I was not at all impressed by this service, it states one call and you will be met within 5 mins, I called 8 times, got hung up on 3 times, received no reply at all from the local number in SFO where I was waiting on the vehicle, had to go to the pay phone and dial a NYC number they gave me, was kept waiting in total over 28 minutes on the 3 calls I had to make and was passed from pillar to post on the call as they too could not reach anyone in SFO. Eventually and after 50 minutes I finally spoke with a SFO contact who sent a car, but not after being quite rude and unhelpful. No apology at anytime, over priced, over rated and would not use again. What a disgrace to make promises they do not fulfill.
Only issue was were the pick up was as it was outside terminal but not an issue really.
