Disappointing - had to wait over 40 minutes for the transfer to arrive. Then the driver was very rude and reprimanded us for wanting to take a photo out the side window the car. All seemed too much trouble for him.
Would be reluctant to use this service again.
This was the worst experience we have had, employees were rude and kept us waiting for just on an hour. The local phone operator Larry was yelling at us that we were not in the right area even though when we arrived and rang the allocated number this is where we told them where we were waiting and overall I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. What a shame that on this perfect holiday so far that these people made it really awful.
Poor. I rang as instructed as soon as I retrieved our luggage. I spoke to four different people, and was put on hold four times. This was at least a ten minute phone call. I was finally told to wait at the Limo pick-up area, which I did immediately.
Waited a further 5 minutes and no car. Rang again, spoke to a further two people, but put on hold only one time. Five minutes later car arrived. Twenty five to thirty minutes after collecting luggage is way too long - a taxi would have had me at the hotel in that time.
