Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

We were to be picked up at the airport and driven to our hotel by this company. When we called the dispatcher told us the car would be there in 6 minutes. When I ordered this car I was told it was going to be a limo, big enough for 3 adults and luggage. As we waited on the curb outside time is passing 5, 15, 20 minutes we again call the dispatcher he informs us we did not order the airport meet and greet and that we just had to wait the driver would be there. The dispatcher a male was extremely rude and short with me. Finally, we see a small Audi (car not SUV) drive up and announce he was the driver. Well my husband by then is truly annoyed and expressed this to the drive. The driver got extremely defensive and was starting to leave (which would have been fine with me) but decided to stay since I was telling my husband to calm down. Then when I told the driver where we were going he said I'm suppose to drop you at Market St. not a hotel. I said why would I have you drop us in the middle of Market St. At this point after travelling all day I was so tired I just wanted to get to my room. The ride to our hotel was extremely uncomfortable, we had bags on our laps and in the front seat. Car was small and cramped. I had booked this company for our return drive to the airport but immediately cancelled and never again will I call and book this company. Horrible experience. Yellow cab would have been cheaper, faster, more comfortable and without hassle as there are many outside baggage.
