Unexpected additional charges incurred at the short term car park in Dulles, although the scheduled landing time was kept to.

Guest have been charged 70 usd although it was a prepaid reservation and we have sent e-mail concerning this problem but have not got a reply. This is a serious problem. And hope to have a reply for this message.
