Completed all of the arrival information on Viator site. Was given link to the trip provider and none of the information I gave Viator was included in their site, plus the pick-up time was incorrect and locked and the airline information was locked and could not be corrected. Provider site also gave useless information about pick-up site. Gave provider a call given pickup location plus we would need to pay the driver an additional 25.00 US. We did. Good driver and ride. Major Problems- Lack of coordination on arrival between Viator and provider, and additional 25 added to what seemed to be the correct trip information- Dulles to Holiday Inn, Arlington

Extremely disappointed. I was required to pay a further 32 dollars. When I met up with driver he mentioned the further charges. Extra payment of 20 dollars for him waiting and a further 12 dollars to pay for leaving airport. These hidden charges I was not informed about. I was extremely annoyed and will not be using this service again and I would not recommend to others.
