Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

We were late out of baggage pick up, phoned transfer company and driver arrived promptly. He was excellent. We were completely pleased with the experience.

The driver made us pay an additional 34.00 in order to drop us off. That was above the 25.00 tip we gave him which was 20. Feel like there was a bait and switch on pricing even though we clearly stated the pick up and drop off in our original booking. Called the company directly to report the discrepancy and have not received any resolution. This worked out to be more expensive than any other transport we looked at. Would not recommend to anyone.

Although our driver was helpful and the ride was comfortable, I was disappointed to have to pay an additional 54 for airport and waiting fees because we were delayed at immigration and baggage reclaim. In the event, it would have been cheaper to have taken a taxi at the airport rank.
