We ordered a taxi for 7 people and noted that we would have a lot of luggage. On landing, we could not locate our ride and no vehicle details were provided so we spent 30 minutes trying including phoning a phone number given which was not answered. We finally managed to get through to the driver who was a lovely lady named Mary. However, whilst her vehicle could at a squeeze take 7 passengers, there was no way that even half our luggage could be loaded. Therefore, 2 from our party together with their luggage had to take another cab. We were informed by Mary that her company had only been informed about this reservation 3 hours previously and that they had no larger vehicles available. Our booking showed a āTransit ā type vehicle but we were collected in a basic people carrier which was quite simply inadequate and not what we had ordered. Therefore, despite paying around 170 dollars for a short ride to downtown Nashville in ridiculously cramped conditions, we had to pay a further 80 dollars to get another ride. Will not be using this company again for transportation purposes.
