Ride was great. Driver was waiting when we arrived. Ride was safe and clean. I will use them again. Only downside was driver didn’t or wouldn’t speak English.

I had to call to find out where the vehicle was. Call center was poorly equipped to know options for pickup at LGA. While I booked and paid for an SUV, my pickup vehicle was an old Toyota minivan that sounded like it was going to fall apart. Driver also charged me tolls which was a cash payment at drop off.
