Called the booking office as requested once we had cleared baggage.
They told us where the pickup point was. Just outside and they arrived in about 5 mins. With our
name on the side window. Polite driver, good service.

Prompt pick up at La Guardia in a clean and comfortable vehicle. Driver was friendly and drove safely and efficiently. He reminded me politely that the road toll and tip was not included in the fare I had pre-paid, even pointing out the toll price as we passed through. He mentioned that tipping was not compulsory but appreciated . He also contacted the office to reconfirm a pick up time for the following day. Very happy with the service.

The transport arrived quickly as promised but when we arrived at our hotel the driver tried to tell me how much to tip him. When I resisted he became argumentative and we had an embarrassing altercation on the curb. Tipping is optional, not required. This driver was way out of line.
