Terrible service despite three phone calls over a period of over an hour, no taxi turned up...I have e-mailed Viator but had no reply....would you hire a car from a firm like this?

Driver was ahead of schedule, he picked us up right outside the hotel and the drive was safe and quick to the airport. So much easier and cheaper than using a taxi service!
