ATV tour through the Las Vegas dessert. THERE IS A $30 FEE PER ADULT! For summer we are ONLY doing AFTERNOON tours due to EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. Guest has the opportunity to trek through miles of mountainous trails/sand at the dunes. Notes: THERE'S A $30 FEE PER ADULT! To cover all the EXCLUDED FEES. We are a private tour; we ONLY OFFER 8 passengers per tour. Bigger groups MUST contact us to accommodate. We accept children from the ages of 7-15 as passengers. Youth must be 16+ to drive. The company did not call us after being a hour and 30 minutes late to pick us up, we had to keep calling them. Finally they picked us up. Then they did not offer us the bottle waters as mentioned in the website. We was a party of six and did not get to ride in the party/shutle bus, but they wanted they extra 30 dollars fee when we got to the dessert to ride. The actual atv riding was awesome, but customer service need to be worked on. Also we was told that they would send us the videos and pictures that took of us and our ride, and they have yet sent it to us. We have called several times and no answer and no call back. We only have a few pictures we took,but it would have been good to get the actual pictures of us riding.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. Our family business commitment is to provide our best customer experience. As you were told there was an accident and our driver was stuck in it you were picked in luxuries cars including a Range Rover and a Mercedes’ Benz, and water is provide before every ride and as we recall you never ask for water. Regarding your pictures as a courtesy we send you the pictures we took but we haven’t received any call from you guys. Please feel free to contact us.
