Letās preface this by saying, you are at natures will wether or not you will see the aurora. That being said:
The host (Michael) is a native who knows his way around the area with his eyes closed. Besides being polite, he is extremely knowledgeable and will set you up for success at all possible. He personally texted me to come along a day earlier to get a better chance at seeing it (which I did!). The house we stayed at is comfortable and away from all the possible light pollution sources. He has amenities (coffee, snacks, light food choices) that compliment the tour very well while waiting. He will suggest driving you and you better do it because good luck finding it on your own. He has tripods for phones and has other equipment to aid your experience as well.
If you have to choose a tour, do this one. Itās the only one Iāve been on and my first time seeing the lights. This is also my first review Iāve ever written (on any forum) Iām so impressed. So take that how you will. Give this man your money and youāll walk away a satisfied customer, weather permitting of course. Please keep this part in mind.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on your experience on our tour. I want all of my guests to witness this phenomenon and even if that means asking them if they would like to join the tour a day before or after their scheduled tour ( as long as I have availability ). I want everyone to see it as much as they do, and try my best to make that happen anyway I can. While dealing with factors out of my control I try to have the tour setup so that everyone is comfortable and to help with making the overall experience as enjoyable as possible. I know not everyone comes prepared or might forget something as to why I have a couple of extra tripods on hand to aid in them capturing the best possible picture of the aurora they can. While I do recommend folks bring a camera, some phones will work. Thanks for letting us help you in achieving your bucket list of seeing the aurora.
