We visited South Dakota in late August and early September of 2022. On August 30, we had a tour of the Badlands with our guide, Mark. It was truly one of the best days of our lives. Mark was very knowledgable, patient and he just knew where everything was. The four of us felt like we could never have seen so much if we had tried on our own. The Minuteman Missle silo was amazing, the Badlands were beyond beautiful and Wall Drug was so cool. We got our new hats there and wore them the rest of our trip. We also went a great place for lunch and had Indian tacos. It was a great day.

Our guide, Mark, was fabulous. We were able to see every animal-bison, mule deer, antelope, big horn sheep and prairie dogs-that we had on our bucket list. We loved the history he provided as we viewed incredible beauty everywhere. This is a tour you don’t want to miss!
