Private Beginner Surf Lessons in Ka'anapali

Overview

Learn to Surf on this private surf lesson, where it is just the instructor and you. Private Lessons are required for any students under the age of 10 or those whom are not as comfortable with their ocean swimming abilities. Having your own instructor will make for the best, safest and most personalized experience in the water. We provide beginner level surf instruction and a ocean safety briefing prior to entering the water.

Everyone was so kind and patient. The waves were a little flat so they offered other activities or a full refund. I ended up surfing and still had an amazing time! Highly recommended!!

Randomly booked a lesson for my son’s first time surfing (7 years old) walking to our jet ski check in nearby. Ended up having an incredible experience with Devon. He was so great with my son. My wife and I watched from the beach as he carefully instructed him in every facet of the paddle out, positioning, how and where to stand on the board. As a surfer myself it was great to see how thorough he was at teaching him The basics. He did a great job and my son had a blast. He caught about 15 waves I got them all on video. He stood up on his 3rd attempt and we all said it was a highlight of our trip.
