Best decision we made was booking with Best New York Tours. Sheldon was so knowledgeable and brought us to all the sites we wanted to see. He even showed us how to use the Subway, which was so helpful! Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

Although there were many highlights, our visit to ground zero was undoubtedly the most impactful. Sheldon has a personal connection to those terrible events and we shared an emotional moment of reflection. The whole tour (6hours) was full of lively discussion and great humour. We are all still talking about how much fun we had with Sheldon. Great for a group of Londoners to connect with a true New Yorker.

Sheldon was fantastic, and gave us the greatest, most fun and efficient tour we could have hoped for! His personal insights into the city just made it all come alive for the 9 adolescents we brought to New York to sightsee all we could in a day. I especially appreciated his personal insights into the 9/11 memorial, and he did a great job enriching and deepening all our understanding of that tragic time in New York's and our nation's history...
