We had a wonderful guided tour of NYC for a special family birthday trip. Russ was very informative and entertaining, with a detailed knowledge of the city. He was able to answer pretty much every question we asked him. Traffic was light so we got to see a lot of the key landmarks in our 4 hour tour. Communication and follow up from Sheldon was great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone visiting the Big Apple.
