We arrived in NYC a day late due to a canceled flight and thought we would miss the tour we had scheduled, but Sheldon rescheduled it with no problem whatsoever. Sheldon was very helpful as far as scheduling the tour and tailoring it to exactly what we wanted. He also stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going OK. He was very nice and easy to talk to. We did the four-hour tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide was Chris and he was so knowledgeable about the whole city, extremely nice, and funny. We went to Central Park, Fifth Ave, 9/11 Memorial, City Hall, The Village, and more! He answered every question that we had, let us know where to eat, where to shop, and how to get around for the rest of our trip. It was our first time there, so Chris was a huge help. And if I felt like we needed help throughout our trip, even after the tour, I would not have hesitated to call either Chris or Sheldon, so that was very comforting. I will also add that the driver, Victor, was very professional and extremely nice as well. The tour was amazing! I would recommend this to anyone and also tell you to not go to NYC without this tour!!

I was traveling with three others. My husband and I had never been to NYC. Sheldon was excellent from our first exchange/conversation. He asked about us so he could tailor the tour. Communication was excellent and the tour is the best. We were able to see so many of the iconic landmarks while learning so much fact and lore along the way. Sheldon even showed us how to get our subway passes (which we used many, many times thereafter). His expertise is second to none and he knows where the "good" places are. Ask him about his favorite gelato place - it does not disappoint. I'd suggest this for anyone!

This tour takes all of the intimidating aspects out of visiting such a big and busy city! Sheldon knew the best ways to get around NYC so that we could see as much as possible. He gave us a personalized experience that included the major city spots as well. His energy and knowledge made this tour a unique experience to remember. I had a story or a fun fact for almost every picture I took! He also gave us tips on traveling in the city in the future! Definitely worth it!
