Be on the lookout for this angry woman that works there. When I walked up to buy a ride, I asked her how it works since I didn't have a hotel. When I brought out my wallet to pay, she yelled loudly "Do not try to bribe my driver!".  Everyone kind of looked at her like she was a maniac. I explained to her that no one is bribing anyone - what? Anyway, no class so she tried to explain herself - but this person is angry. It's pitiable to an extent, but not when she's hurting the drivers. The worst part was that when I was on the shuttle, not one person put anything in the driver's tip jar despite exceptional service from the driver. I think everyone had seen the scene and didn't want to be seen as 'bribing him'. I was the only one that tipped him, and I am sorry that his job has to be effected by the angry woman who acts like she owns him "My driver".  I don't want or need a refund or a response - I had great service - but you should be aware you have someone who is hurting the drivers, who don't deserve the bad reputation she gives the place. Thank you.

SpeediShuttle got the job done, but not without some angst. I received a confirmation e-mail the morning of my departure that said pickup time was 7:45 p.m. at the Westin Nanea. We had just settled in for one last drink and to watch the sunset at 7 when I got a call from the driver, she was at our hotel and we were supposed to be out front. What? All I could get out of the driver OR her manager was, "my sheet says 7:05." Well, okay, but how does it help me if everything I have says 7:45? The manager's response was, "if you aren't on the shuttle by 7:10 your driver is leaving." How was that supposed to be a solution? We still had to retrieve our luggage from the concierge, move some things around, etc, etc, we needed at least 10-15 minutes to be ready to go. The first solution that was offered was a refund. Does that get me and my family to the airport? That solves your problem, not mine. Finally, after several more minutes on the phone arguing, they offered to pick us up at 7:50 p.m. OKAY??? Why wasn't this offered in the beginning? Why all the threats and ultimatums, when clearly things were wrong on your end, not mine? Ugh. Anyway, the service we did receive in terms of pickups, luggage handling and driving was professional at least, but I highly recommend calling to confirm your pickup time the day of or the night before to make sure they didn't change it on you and expect you to be a psychic and know they changed it without them telling you.
