  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/van

When I booked this trip through Viator, I selected an SUV because of the number of passengers and luggage. When I talked with the actual car company, they said they were not informed well in advance of the SUV requirement. Let me be clear the driver was very nice and managed to cram us and our luggage in a Honda Pilot. Our trip was safe and fast to the airport. I take issue with the communication between Viator and the car company. Thatā€™s where the improvement is needed.

We were 5 passenger with 5 luggage and we ask for suv and the car they send are for 5 passenger and 2 luggage. We have to take air luggage in or seat. Very difficult time.

LOVE Carmel!! The driver was early and was good at navigating the traffic in Manhattan. I made a mistake on which terminal I was departing from at LGA but he smoothly got me to the correct one. Lots of help with my luggage and walker. You can't find a better car service!
