  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/van

I have booked this company three times now, each time thinking that it would turn out better. I was wrong. The first time, the car wanted to pick me up from 'Departures' rather than baggage claim so I had to lug my luggage up to meet the car. The next time and this time, the car did not show. After waiting and searching, I phoned the company. The associate was beyond rude and VERY hard to understand. By the time that they located my reservation and were going to 'dispatch' a car, I was already in a taxi headed to the hotel. Each time they refused to reimburse my money by lying to Viator. I travel a lot. This is one of the worst services.

We organised a transfer from Back bay to the airport, thinking it would be easier. We were wrong. At the agreed pick up time, the car was no where to be seen. We called the company and they were extremely rude, informing me that the car was late, as if it was my fault. when the driver arrived over 20 mins late, he didn't offer an apology or explanation, he just asked for $$ for the tolls. Upon reflection, it would be much easier and cheaper to use an Uber.

Only reason for not giving 5stars is that I felt being asked for extra to pay for the toll road was a bit much - price paid should have been sufficient to cover this. Otherwise excellent prompt and friendly service.
