I had used your service already upon our arrival to Miami which I gave a great review. We did not book a round trip for our return to the airport due to uncertainty of number in group. I had to spend a great deal of time trying to book the trip on Sunday, the customer service was very rude, charged us a substantial bit more for the transport, would not accept that Viator had given me a 10% discount AND charged a $9 toll fee on top of our transport charge. It was ludicrous and definitely ended my time in Miami on a negative note.
