Scheduled a car service through Viator for ride to airport next day. Paid through Viator. Next day, 15 minutes before ride, Carmel car company called and said they didnt have a car for me! I was shocked and said I already paid and they said get a refund through Viator!! I was luckily able to get a ride short notice for my family and still make my flight!! What a nightmare! Dont trust Viator bookings!! Probably wont even get my money back!!

We booked a shuttle weeks in advance to take us to the airport after our trip and when we called the morning of our departure to see if we could adjust the time they informed us they had no car for us they simply ran out of them. They never told us so if we hadn’t called we would’ve been waiting for a ride that wasn’t going to show up. Terrible customer service !!!
