What To Expect

Join us as we explore how rum's deep-rooted history in New Orleans and the Caribbean has shaped the techniques used at our award-winning distillery, and learn how our approach compares to most modern-day rum production. This is an approximately one hour long, guided distillery tour that offers five different samplings of rum, including distillery-exclusive special release bottlings.

You get to sample everything they have made in the distillery and the guy was very knowledgeable about everything.The instructor was very nice and knew his stuff. My husband and I was celebrating our 13 Anniversary and made sure to acknowledge it and that was very special to us. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome NOLA The Thompson’s!!!
