What To Expect

Photo Safari Yosemite

Our guide will meet up with your at your place of lodging or agreed upon location. You will drive your own vehicle following caravan style the guide driving their own vehicle. We use Walki-Talkies to communicate while traveling. You will visit classic sites in Yosemite Valley and Glacier Point. Photos will be made of your party and shared to you at the conclusion of the tour.

We had only one and half days in Yosemite and we made the best decision to have Pat as our tour guide. During the one day tour, he took us to so many amazing places that we would otherwise not have been able to see. My husband visited Yosemite with a bus tour years ago, but he thought the places Pat showed us were way superior! Pat is such a gentleman, and yet down-to-the-earth, knowledgeable, and efficient. By the end of the day, both our 10-year-old boy and 18-year-old girl said: "Pat is a fun guy! This is a good day!"

Pat was the perfect guide/host! He picked us up from our hotel in Oakhurst and took us to all the best sites for photography. He even took photos of us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plants and history of Yosemite which was a bonus. At sunset it was a race to get to all the perfect photography sites. My husband got some great photos and my daughter and I got to see all the best bits of Yosemite in the one day we had. Pat even brought snacks and water for us. It was great to have someone else drive who knew where all the clean restrooms were and how to avoid the lines and crowds. I recommend signing up with Pat whether you're a photographer or not. You'll get a great guide.
