What To Expect

Photo Safari Yosemite

Our guide will meet up with your at your place of lodging or agreed upon location. You will drive your own vehicle following caravan style the guide driving their own vehicle. We use Walki-Talkies to communicate while traveling. You will visit classic sites in Yosemite Valley and Glacier Point. Photos will be made of your party and shared to you at the conclusion of the tour.

My wife and I had the most remarkable time with Pat in our Photo Safari of Yosemite. He was a wealth of knowledge and patient. I am a photo enthusiast (travels with more camera gear than clothes) with quality equipment while my wife is novice and a simple camera. He took the time to work with my wife with to talk about photo composition. We exchanged ideas and tips that we both use. I personally find taking photos with a fellow photographer (or fellow enthusiast) an awesome way to challenge/better yourself. I would recommend this experience to all from a novice to enthusiast. If you are solo or with a family all will find value from Pat knowledge as your guide. If I make it back to Yosemite I will more than likely take this tour again. Pat - Thanks for your time it is an experience that my wife and I will not soon forget.

Our family of 7 came to visit 4 days in Yosemite, exploring, wanting to learn about the area, see the famous sites around Yosemite, learn some of the history and do some hiking. We worked with our Guide Pat to come up with a plan for our family that turned out to be FANTASTIC. We hiked Mist Trail up to Vernal Fall, what an experience!!! We also went to Glacier Point and hiked Sentinel Dome, great hike to the top! All through it, Pat was there to guide us, educate us, and create some great memories with us. We had an amazing day with Patrick in Yosemite. He's a fabulous guide, considerate and very informative. He went out of his way to teach our twin 12 year old daughters (teen twins are not always easy!) how to use their cameras and get great shots of Yosemite. They loved it and we were all very happy. We thoroughly recommend Patrick as a guide.
