WOW! Had never visited Alaska before and really wanted to go Salomon fishing. After trying to schedule a trip with no success. I called the Alaska Catch Fishing Charters and was greeted by a guy named Captain Mike! He informed us that he could fit us in around !-4 on the date that our cruise arrived and would meet us on the dock five minutes from our ship! WOW, their were four of us and we could not believe this guy would help us out! Well 1p.m. arrived and that is when we met Capt. Mike! He loaded us on his boat gave us an emergency drill and within 25 minutes we were having the time of our life catching Salomon ! I mentioned that it would be neat to feed an eagle and Capt. Mike made that dream come true! He handled the processing and we received our fish on the date promised and back on the ship in plenty of time! Very clean boat and great Captain! GREAT experience and well worth the price! This is the only company that went above and beyond to help us out!!

Captain Mike Fleece was phenomenal! We fished for Halibut and he knew right where to go and exactly how to position to catch them. We limited out with nice size fish! After speaking with him and the great experience -we are planning to return next year just for fishing!!! We will most definitely book with Captain Mike. Finally, just want to add that, I, a woman, caught the first, the biggest and most Halibut on a boat full of men (you know who I am don't you Mike!!!) If you want a great time book with The Alaska Catch!!!

Mike is a great captain! He is very knowledgeable and was thorough at maximizing our chances of catching fish. Baiting the lines and getting them back into the water was priority. We caught lots of fish, had fun, and learned about some odd bottom-dwelling fish. The loaner gear kept us warm and dry. We caught our halibut limit as well as lots of cod. Thanks for braving the wild ocean waters to save my halibut, Mike! I highly recommend this charter and look forward to going again someday.
