My family and I owned a restaurant called Broussard's in the Quarter; I have a great network of connections around town in the various restaurants. I love sharing all the insiders' info & hidden secrets that New Orleans locals don't even know!

You will experience sampling multiple courses at various neighborhood restaurant stops and learn real-life insider information on the past & present restaurant scene in New Orleans.

Marc took us on a delicious tour of New Orleans cuisine, including the best muffuletta and shrimp remoulade I’ve ever tasted at the Napoleon House, charbroiled oysters at Royal House, and bananas foster at the Court of Two sisters. Mix in with that some Pimm’s cup, Sazerac, local beer, and detailed history of NOLA and its cuisine, and you have yourself a great tour! Marc was very energetic, a NOLA native with deep ties to the restaurant scene. Highly recommend booking with him!

Marc is the best. We contacted him a few days before arriving for a private food tour. Our group of four had never been to New Orleans and we wanted to get an immersive food experience and get to all the must try bites in the city. He brought us to six places including classic spots with signature dishes. Charbroiled oysters, gumbo, muffuletta, bananas foster... and he recommended the perfect drink at each location. Pimm's cups, the best Sazerac, local beer, etc. And, he's a New Orleans native and grew up in the restaurant scene. He knows everyone and everything about the city. We had a remarkable time with Marc. Best tour guide ever!!! He has so much knowledge of New Orleans and it’s History. We were treated like royalty. Don’t waste your time or money on any other tour. This one will NOT dissapoint!!!!
