Great guide, She took her time with us and covered everything in detail. She made sure we were set up properly and took us on a great trail. The bikes were in great shape and rode very well. Beautiful views to boot

Family of 3 (age range: 64 - 23) went on a ride with Jack. He was sensitive to our ages and made it fun/challenging for everyone! When my husband became injured, Jack was quick to help and did a great job. Jack is knowledgeable and friendly - a great guide! I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Bighorn is a top notch guide service! My family has basically zero experience with mountain biking, and we have moderate athleticism, but if you can ride a bike you'll be successful here. Their pre-tour communication is great, and the bikes they provided were nicer than any bike I've ridden back home. Jake was our guide, and he's a pro. We’ve got four kids (ages 9 to 17) with very different personalities and abilities, and he connected with each of them right away. He was great at reading the group and adjusting the experience on the fly. Trying (and sometimes failing) at something new can be challenging, but Jake has an easy, supportive vibe and we never felt awkward making mistakes. It’s hard to find an activity that all six of us enjoy, but this was a total victory. It's so rare I get to see all of them grinning and happy at the same time. Oh, and the scenery is absolutely incredible!
