Dead Horse Point State Park

Dead Horse Point State Park overlooks the Colorado River as it enters Canyonlands National Park. These world class mountain biking trails wind through a beautiful desert landscape with stunning overlooks and views of the La Sal Mountain Range.

It was an amazing trip, and our guide was excellent. Friendly and patient and took us to some unbelievably beautiful places and some great trails.. We have been traveling in Utah for almost a week now, and without question the most beautiful scenery we have seen was during this biking trip. Dead Horse State Park was stunning. Highly recommended.

While it was a bit difficult for our Floridian family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) with the high elevation and not being too experienced on mountain bikes, it was still great fun and our guide was excellent. The bikes were awesome, and ready for anything. If you’re up for a challenge, and seeing some beautiful sights, it’s a great trip to take around Dead Horse Point State Park!

I’m 70 years old and this was my first mountain biking experience. My 16 year old grandson was along. Meghan was a fantastic guide. She helped me out with some cramping issues and when we got back to the hut she took my grandson back out to finish the tour. Super nice people!
