Our local USCG certified captains will show you the diversity of our southern treasure we call Amelia Island on one of our guided boat tours.

Cumberland Island

Have you heard the rumors of wild horses that can be spotted on the beach? If you choose to do the Cumberland Island Boat Tour, our captain will lead you on an adventure to our neighbors north of us in Georgia. The island is known and treasured for its wealth of history and of course the beautiful animals that roam the beaches. Our captain will help you explore the area with tales of wealthy industrialists, revolutionary war heroes, and much more. Dolphins and manatees are playful in this area and can be often seen swimming next to our tours. The majestic horses that live on Cumberland Island run freely on the coastline and can be admired by boat. As the Cumberland Island Boat Tour is our most popular boating tour it guaranteed to wow you.

Kyle was our captain & he Really made the day Most Enjoyable! He was funny, engaging, knowledgeable about the area, & knew all the best places for wildlife spotting. We had The Best Day Ever!!! Kyle was very helpful with my 88yr old mother who was Absolutely Thrilled being back out on the water! I highly recommend this jaunt for anyone of all ages! Fabulous Day out on the Intercoastal! We have taken two private boat tours with Rip Tide Water Sports. We had experiences with both Captain Zach and Captain Kyle. What intelligent, personable and knowledgeable young men. We could not have asked for a better trip on either of these occasions. We learned so much about our new home island of Fernandina Beach. We look forward to having more family visit and will definitely include the boat tour as part of their vacation experience.

Great experience! We had a great time and the captain was very informative about the area. We saw horses & dolphins and enjoyed nature in our 2 hour tour. Highly recommend.
