Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Must be a strong swimmer
Able to carry a minimum of 45lbs for a distance
After diving you must wait 18 hours to fly or ascend to 1,000 feet+
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Must be Age 10+

I was nervous, but my husband said I should try and I’m so happy I did. Not gonna lie at first I wasn’t having it, but then I relaxed and Matt was super calm and relaxed which helped ease my nerves. Now I can’t wait to do it again!!! Thanks Matt we will see you again for sure. 😊

Nice guy, helpful teaching my 17 year old daughter to to scuba safely. Knows great spots. We’d do it again.

Pretty good. The guide sent the paperwork the morning of the dive and we were scrambling to figure out how to sign it electronically. This was pretty stressful. Other than that, the guide was friendly and did a good job.
