Outstanding. I was skeptical in the beginning because I had never been to NYC, nor did I know anything about this private car service. I was quite reluctant, but I booked out trips . The company called me a few days before the trip to make sure I was still coming. The also called the night before we left to confirm my roundtrip back from NYC. Tarek was our driver, he was the best. I actually recommended that they give us the same driver for our return trip back to the airport. Tarek was very informative since it was our first time in NYC. He gave us tips and suggestions about a lot of things to do while in NYC. The company was very professional . I will use again when we return and I will request the same driver. We also had an outstanding time , we went to see Hamilton on Broadway. Love it !!!!!!!!!!Continue to build on your professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you JetBlack

I was very hesitant to book this company as I saw some pretty bad reviews. I'm not sure what happened in those cases but the two rides my husband and I had from the LGA to Times Square and back were fantastic. The ride from the airport was in a much nicer SUV while the return trip was in a small, older, less clean sedan but it wasn't a huge deal. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous. Their phone numbers were emailed to me prior to pick up and I was able to call/text them very easily. I will definitely book again!
