Definitely the best way to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the Sea Port to the airport. Communicated where to meet and very courteous. Very nice vehicle!!! Would use this service again!

Viator chose a company called Sleipnir Transportation for our ride from airport to hotel. First of all we landed & received an email message from the company that they were going to be 30-45 minutes late due to traffic. We waited outside in the pick up area & no one ever showed up. I called Viator who gave me a phone number for the company but they did not answer. They finally messaged me again stating the car was in the parking area with the other cars. Their were 6 other black cars in the parking area, it was pouring rain & lightning & no one ever got out of their car & had a sign with our name. We had no clue which one of the cars was ours. The other drivers were coming around with name signs & picking up their passengers as we stood there for over an hour. I contacted the company again & told him we didn't know which car was ours & he said we just needed to go into the lot & find it. We ended up having to hire a cab to take us to the hotel. Since we already paid for the driver I requested a refund which Viator said they could not do. I contacted them back and told them the situation again & stated if they couldn't refund that ride to cancel our ride back to the airport a week later & refund that money but they stated they couldn't do that either even though it says their cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. We lost $192.00 on this ride but will never use Viator again & recommend that no one else books a ride with them either. They will leave you stranded then take your money.

Massachusetts Port Authority regulations require pickup only in designated areas. It's a $500 fine for pickup in non-designated areas. This is not something we have any control over. This incident was reported to Viator immediately after you cancelled, and they noted your refusal to meet in the designated limo pickup area. You were contacted prior to the pickup date, and informed of where the limo pickup area was located. You were even sent a map showing the limo pickup area. You never went to the limo pickup area. The driver stood outside in the rain for several minutes holding a sign. No one approached the limo pickup area, so he returned to his vehicle. Had anyone approached the limo pickup area, he would have again exited his vehicle. You were told this on the phone at the time, and adamantly refused to go to the designated limo pickup area. Drivers are not permitted outside the limo pickup area, this is a MassPort regulation, and we have no control over it. No limo drivers were picking up outside the limo pickup area. You were in the passenger pickup area, and limos are not allowed there. What you were requesting is illegal, and could not only result in substantial fines, but also jeopardize our permit to pickup at Logan Airport. You requested a cancellation because you refused to go to the designated pickup area. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
