We will show you Fort Lauderdale by night, where you will see the Fort Lauderdale Skyline, Las Olas Boulevard, Riverfront Boulevard and end with a moon-watch scenery with one bottle of Prosecco on us! We have created this 1 hour and 30 minute private tour which ends with a moon-watch and the reflection on the water from the building lights of the Fort Lauderdale Skyline. Come and join us with your special person or with a group of friends. Fort Lauderdale by boat at night is breathtaking and we want to share it with you! NEVER SHOWED UP… we booked this excursion at 1pm for a 7:30 departure my credit card was immediately charged and the trip confirmed. We awaited the further pick up instructions After several calls / messages to the tour operator we never got any response. We called Viator customer service and they assured us the trip was confirmed and to meet at 240 las olas circle. We arrived only to find the address was a construction site.. after several calls and walking aimlessly around 2 marinas I am still awaiting a refund and response. I realize this trip was booked the day of but there is no excuse for taking someone’s $$ and confirming a trip that clearly was not going to happen.

We BOOKED our trip PAID in full for it, received a CONFIRMATION and a phone number to call….. NO ONE from Boat ever contacted us. The dissatisfaction is deep, family was looking forward to it and NO One had a solution except refund our money.
