See all of Washington’s estate and grounds including the purposes of the many original out-buildings. Make a respectful visit to George and Martha Washington’s Tomb. Discover Washington’s first love of farming and see the animal breeds and crops that he experimented with on his estate. Transit to and from Washington in a private SUV.

Old Town

We will pass through Old Town Alexandria. George Washington performed all of his court and market business here.

Tom did a tremendous job of leading our family on our tour. He shared interesting insights into the history of the farm that entertained everyone on our tour from ages 10 to 73! We would highly recommend this tour and this guide for any guided experience in DC.

Tomas was great. Really personalized the tour for us. Loved small anecdotes he told about George Washington. He really does an amazing job. Highly recommend. We also added afternoon in old town Alexandria which we also recommend
