How will I get around the city?
Most of the tour will require a good deal of walking, however, because the tours are exclusive to your group, you can and will go at a pace that you are comfortable with. There may be occasions when you will need to go from one part of NYC to another (Times Square to the Brooklyn Bridge). The most efficient way to travel is by subway ($2.75 per person, per ride). If you prefer a cab this can be arranged (no more than 4 people to a cab). The cost will be at the expense of the group, usually about $10 - $15 from most points within Manhattan. If you do take a subway ride, this will be documented as part of the New York City experience.
How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered via zip-file and photo gallery no later than 48 hours after your tour.
Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff

Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
Gear/equipment sanitised between use
All tours are private. Guides will have temperature taken upon arrival of guests for reassurance they do hot have a fever. Since tours are private, we will not take the temperature of the guests. Guides will wear mask.

My partner and I visited NYC mid of March to celebrate his 40th Birthday. When booking this for his birthday i was a little apprehensive of what it will be like, however i wanted to capture this special trip. We were meant to have the tour on the Sunday however the weather was very poor and rained heavy all day. Marc Samuels however contacted us and offered us the next day if we wanted seeing the weather was so poor. We were so grateful of this as it would of ruined our experience in that weather. The next day was sunny and dry. We met with Marc and all I can say is that the tour was AMAZING!! Marc was a great guy, he made it feel all very natural and got some fantastic photos of us that we will keep forever. The two hours didnt feel that long either, we got to cover a lot of main attractions and he also gave us plenty of tips of the best way to get around and recommended places to see. I would highly recommend this experience it definitely is worth every single penny! AMAZING EXPERIENCE...THANK YOU!!!!!

My Husband and I took a trip to NYC end of March early April 2019. For us this was a very special trip. Not only was I singing at Carnegie Hall but we were also planning to announce our first pregnancy. With so much to celebrate we just had to get some professional photos done. I looked at different photographers and pricing for a while before finding PhotoTrek Tours. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to photos and I have to say we are both incredibly impressed with how everything turned out and SO GLAD we chose PhotoTrek Tours! What they provide is above and beyond what you’ll find elsewhere. We were lucky enough to get Kennedy as our photographer/tour guide. HE IS FANTASTIC! Kennedy was full of great info and also has his own info service called “Ask a New Yorker”. It was so much fun getting to walk around NYC and hear all about the sights. These are some of the best photos we’ve ever had taken! Thank you for providing above and beyond service, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Kennedy and PhotoTrek Tours!
