Dan was a genuine guy, who gave an informative and fun tour of Oahu. It didn’t feel touristy, and didn’t feel like we were on a tour, more going on a drive around the island with a friend. He knew quite a bit about Hawaiian history, folk tales and knew a bit about the Hawaiian traditional language. We stopped quite close to Jurassic park, where he took this opportunity to take a hilarious photo of me and my family posing as if we were being eaten by dinosaurs. The photoshopped/ real result was amazing. Definitely a perk of the tour for us! He didn’t force us into doing anything, and just gave honest recommendations. Great tour guide!
