We were in contact with the driver as soon as we touched down in LA. We were picked up about 5 minutes after we collected our checked bags. The trip to the motel went well.

Very friendly and helpful driver. Contacted us as soon as we landed. Directed us to meeting point, just outside LAX baggage claim. Have used Viator before and will again.
