It was a bit confusing trying to locate our driver. We thought that they would have been waiting for us with a sign identifying themselves or texted us to let us know where to meet up. So we had to call the transportation company listed on the ticket and ask them where our driver was and they asked if our reservation was with their company. Just very confusing and unecessary stress. On the positive side once he showed up the driver and the ride was fine.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we always appreciate feedback to help us improve in any way possible. As far as our pickup process is concerned, we do offer a service called 'Meet & Greet'. A 'Meet & Greet' service is a $30 fee. With this service your driver parks his/her vehicle, comes inside the airport and meets you at baggage claim with a sign. You did not select or pay for this service. With our standard pick up procedure, your driver picks you up curbside at your terminal, right outside of baggage claim, which is the service that you selected. Sometimes when these reservations are booked through Trip Advisor, they will have a different confirmation or reference number than what our company's website provides, thus causing the confusion. Our apologies for that. I'm happy to hear that your driver and ride was pleasant, and I hope that you enjoyed your stay here. Thank you again for choosing us.
