My wife and I ended our week and a half trip through out the New England region in the Cape Cod/Provincetown area. We booked this pedicab tour in advance of our stay. The day before our arrival Alex contacted me, via text, asking for my preference of time for them to pick us up for our tour. I requested 5:30pm to which he confirmed and said they “love sunset tours!”. Alex gave us the location and time to meet them and explained that this was his personal cell and to relay any issues to him, to which I acknowledged. My wife and I showed up at the location to meet an hour early to enjoy the views on the pier, however it started to sprinkle a bit and get overcast. I text Alex at 5:31pm and advised that we were at the location and gave an idea where we were in relation to the pier and what booths were around us. We never got a reply back. We waited an additional 20mins and Alex never replied back or even showed up. At that time, we decided to leave as it was past the time we agreed to meet. This was very disappointing as my wife and I were also interested in doing the Nauset Light Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Rather then doing that, we wasted our time sitting and waiting for a tour that has never acknowledged their no show or replied to any text at the time of the writing of this review. Don’t waste your time with this company and you would be better off checking out the other beaches along the National Seashore. My wife and I ended up waking up early the following morning and went to Nauset Light Beach on our way out of Provincetown. It was a great beach that ended up saving our overall terrible experience. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Thanks for your detailed review.
Someone was waiting for you with a “TOUR” sign; at the pickup location we discussed over the phone. I didn’t have my phone on me at the time; but didn’t think I needed it as the rider was sent out at 5pm to meet you. Also; we do have a Business line as well as my personal cell phone number. Did you try that?
Sorry for your overall terrible experience and I wish you a happy marriage.
