Cathy and Whitney were great guides. I scheduled this tour last minute because Zion had a flash flood and the entrance was closed and I’m am so very happy that I did. We enjoyed the 1pm private tour with our group of 5. We were able to drive out in 2 Jeep’s with A/C and learned a great deal about the history of the Kanab as well as the Slot Canyons. We had plenty of time to take lots of photos and appreciate the history and nature surrounding us. They also taught us photo tips and tricks for capturing great pics in the slots. The other tour groups seemed rushed. This was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. We even had time to grab a late lunch and head to the north rim Grand Canyon for sunset.

Cathy and Whitney were absolutely fantastic. Their knowledge about the slot canyons and the history was second to none. Carol is a treasure of knowledge and she has been doing this longer than any other tour company in the area. We were not rushed through the canyon like other groups we saw on the hike. We were able to take tons of photos, laugh, explore and really enjoy the beauty surrounding us. I would not recommend trying to get to this slot canyon without a guide. You drive far out through fine sand that requires tire to have low pressure. Even though this is not part of the parks in the area, it was spectacular and 110% worth the trip. We did the 1pm tour. We even had enough time left to get late lunch and head to the north rim of the Grand Canyon for sunset. Must Do!

Spectacular slot canyon tour that takes your breath away. Our guide Cathy was super informative and answered any question our inquisitive 17 year old threw her way. A highlight of our Utah park tour and not only was it beautiful, but super informative on all aspects of the canyon.
