We traveled and set up the service a week ago. Noone showed and we were left to figure out our transportation on our own. I will never use the service again. Disgusting to leave a family after 20 hours of travel without any transportation that was prepaid. The worst travel service I have ever booked and worse they couldnt even be communicated with. No car and noone to pick up the phone a the shuttle company. Disgusting. A zero rating if I could.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Speedishuttle DID NOT SHOW UP to pick us up. We had to take 2 taxis to our hotel. I called them several times and never got a hold of anyone. Sent 2 emails demanding our money back and have not received a reply. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!!

we were not able to use this on the October 14th due to plane problem indenver we didn't get to Hawaii till 6pm we had to call a taxi
