Drivers texted us a couple of days before with a picture of the car and confirmation information and pickup locations. This made easy and quick. Drivers were very friendly and helpful.

Our driver made us wait for 40 minutes and the car was so small it was difficult to get in and out. The driver while seemly nice was extremely difficult to understand. For a premium car service I was very disappointed
