It was a bait and switch. When I reserved our service we were told that we would at least get a standard size vehicle for pick up and drop off. The picture showed on the advertisement showed a minivan but we knew nothing could be guaranteed, but we thought it would at least be comparable. Instead they sent a compact car (fiesta). My husband had to pull the front seat up to stretch out his legs. The driver was nice but it was not a comfortable ride. We had the standard amount of luggage (two large suitcases, and a carry on) and after the car was packed up the driver could not see out of the back window. This company should be embarrassed. For the cost it’s better to go with an Uber or a LYFT. Do NOT use.

We had a car show up that was barely able to accommodate our luggage. The car was a step below Uber or Lyft.
