We had family come into town at different times so I went twice. First time was great. 2nd time not so much. Last trip the driver was grumpy. Not his usual route. And he let use know. Be prepared to be shaken all around. 2 ride none of the roll bars had any padding. WTF. It was like they dragged out a retired jeep. Half way through we stopped for a break and usually they offer water. But NOPE. He had no water. Again WTF. Every other time I did these trips they offered water.

What a great ride with Ron Bennett!! He picked us up at our hotel, and along with another couple, we were driven to the beginning of our jeep tour. Ron was a great guide, giving us tons of history and info of the area. What made me laugh, was that as we were being bumped, jostled, and "getting air", he was conversing as if we were on the smoothest rode ever!! One Day In The West is the tour company you want to go with- they aim to please!! But truly, if you have any back or neck issues, or have young children (less than 7-8), I would pass on this. But otherwise- enjoy!!
