Escape from the crowded tourist areas for a private, 90-minute surf lesson for a group of 3-to-5 people near Lahaina, Maui. Choose from an early-, mid-, or late-morning time frame. This surf session will focus on water safety, proper surf technique, surfing style, and etiquette. The experienced, professional instructor guarantees students will stand up, catch a wave, and leave the beach as a certified surfer. We had a great instructor. None of us had ever surfed before and were all able to ride at least one wave. Most of us rode multiple waves in the first 20 minutes of the lesson. It would be better if I was in better shape. Lol. Anyways, great experience.

Went in September 2021 with daughter's and had so much fun surfing with Jason that we scheduled Jason again in April 2022 with my wife and friends. He is patient and wants to see you succeed, a great teacher. Firs time I went with the kid's (in their 20's) and we all rode waves ( took me a little longer to get up on the board but nailed it eventually. The second time went with the older group, all in our 50's. We all got to ride waves, smiles everywhere. Had a couple issues come up before our trip and had to modify reservations, no problem and communication was A+
