Overview

Escape from the crowded tourist areas for a private, 90-minute surf lesson for a group of 3-to-5 people near Lahaina, Maui. Choose from an early-, mid-, or late-morning time frame. This surf session will focus on water safety, proper surf technique, surfing style, and etiquette. The experienced, professional instructor guarantees students will stand up, catch a wave, and leave the beach as a certified surfer. All lessons are private so they will never combine guests from separate parties. All the necessary equipment — rash guard, state-of-the-art soft-top board, and reef shoes — included.

Loved our instructors, Sharky and Ann Marie. They made us feel safe with their extensive knowledge of surfing and we had so much fun. Everyone caught a wave and we can't wait to do it again on our next visit to Maui.

Our surfing instructor, Cain, was awesome! He was born and raised in Hawaii, and has been surfing his entire life! He also has a five-year-old son and serves with his son often. He was able to get all of us (ages 43, 17, 14, and 12) up and surfing the waves on our own! There was a professional photographer on the beach who snagged some amazing photos of us (A private contractor who charged an additional fee). Our surfing instructor also gave us lots of great tips about where to find good snorkeling spots, that the local Hawaiian‘s frequently use. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you, Cain!!!

Kody was fantastic and patient with this old lady and the kids who were naturals! Helped make sure everyone was safe and had a few good waves.
