Overview

Sometimes the best way to get closer is to get away. There’s no better place to spend quality time together than Hawaii’s North Shore, and you haven’t seen the island until you’ve seen it by horseback, riding through the forest trails and overlooking the ocean.
This is a unique and unforgettable experience, far away from all the noise of the regular tourist spots. You’ll see a side of Oahu that many don’t know about and enjoy a private picnic together, complete with delicious sandwiches on fresh homemade bread, fruit, and a bottle of sparkling cider. The highlight of the ride is a sweeping panoramic view of the ocean from our lookout point, where you can take in the full scale and beauty of the island. (If you can take your eyes off each other, that is.)

We ride rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

We had a ride the day after thanksgiving with Canyon (guide), Nui, Tonto, & Omaha. It was fantastic. Canyon was so informative and seemed to truly enjoy what he was doing. We had a very beautiful, peaceful ride. It always helps that the weather was amazing, but in Hawaii it usually is. Our companions Tonto & Omaha where really easy to deal with and obviously knew what they were doing as well. We really had a great time. Thank you all!

Our Tour Guide Ashley was excellent. Ashley was very informative and a great conversationalist. The breathtaking view of the ocean from the top was beautiful. I would recommend this ride. The horses are trail horses, so they were calm. I knew in advance due to liability issues that running the horses would not be allowed. I haven't ridden in a while so riding the trail was satisfactory.

We had so much fun on the private sweetheart tour with Gaby. She was an amazing guide and a total pro with the horses. The trails are gorgeous and the lunch spot had stunning views of the rainforest and the ocean. Our favorite was Gaby's voiceovers for the horses. We left feeling like we really knew our horses (Remy and Skeeter) personalities... so much fun!
