The limo driver was awesome. The company that I booked the tour through was not. I booked A tour and that is not what I got. The driver contacted me and did not even know where he was going to be taking me. He said these 3rd party companies book these tools and don't even communicate with the drivers what they're actually doing. So I had to tell the driver that I wanted a tour of DC. I'm thinking a tour would be them taking me places instead of me having to navigate the way. I was not impressed at all. And felt like the experience could have been a whole lot better for the money I paid.
