So, I needed to determine whether to rent a vehicle or hire a service. We visited over the 4th of July holiday so given the few days there it didn't seem feasible to rent for such a short trip. After perusing ground transportation options I found Wheelz and was very pleased with the service. Upon arrival it took a bit of time to get to baggage claim but our driver was already there scanning the crowd for us. Since it was a holiday and given the change to our original travel itinerary by the airlines, we didn't arrive until late afternoon and this unfortunately precluded us from being able to take the mini tour and as you can imagine the trek across the border also took a substantial amount of time (holiday travelers) so I didn't even bother to inquire about it. That said, given the very reasonable price along with the included mini tour (under normal circumstances) makes booking with Wheelz a no-brainer. Hopefully, on our next visit, we'll be able partake the mini tour as well. We also booked our return trip with them for a 6:45am departure @ BUF meaning we were picked up in the wee hours of the morning and again our driver was prompt and courteous as well. In case it isn't already obvious, I highly recommend this service bearing in mind the items mentioned above. I look forward to using them on a subsequent visit since our short trip this time didn't allow for a few other things we wanted but didn't have the time to do. So, thanks again guys and keep up the great work.

Harold was was waiting for us at the baggage claim area as promised, and helping with luggage. The ride from the airport to the hotel on Canadian sided of the Niagara Falls was smooth and pleasant with informative suggestions given by Harold. Only 35 minutes drive. Will definitely use the service again. In fact, our ride back to the BUF airport from our hotel. Good job!

If you need an airport shuttle then get a quote from these guys. I usually deal with niagara airbus' high rates shared transportation but this time for my buffalo airport shuttle I really did some digging. Wheelz rate was cheaper than Airbus shared shuttle by a lot and it was a private direct SUV for my family. They will drive you to your home anywhere in Niagara (i thought they only did tours and hotel drop off in niagara falls) The service from our driver Harold was awesome. Give wheelz a try next time you need airport transportation.
