I contacted Viator directly on the phone the day before the trip and quoting the tour reference booked the tour and drop off. It quickly became apparent as the driver casually pointed to Niagara Falls that we were being dropped off. He had another pick up from the airport in 30 min. We had flown to Buffalo so that we would have time for a short tour to the falls on our way to Toronto so the 1min glance from a viewing area was not what we had booked. We were left at our drop off point to make our own arrangements. What should have been stress free became the opposite. Not the drivers fault but the last time I’ll use Viator.

We used Wheelz Niagara for a transfer from Buffalo Airport to Niagara, ON, Canada. Vern the driver is fantastic and provided some great local tips. Would recommend using them again.

Not much of a tour but main highlights pointed out and quick and easy pick up from airport. Driver was very friendly.
